A variant of Stalactites in cold biomes: Icicles!

Icicles would act the same as stalactites, except they would look like ice instead of a rock.

     I think icicles could be in the game because they look cooler  then stalactites and when you go under them I think they should fall on your head and you will die and the deaths words Will be you have been crushed by icicle or you have been in impaled by a icicle.

    maybe let them give the player a brief freezing debuff as well if it happens to fall onto someone.

    I think this. This is a good idea. Maybe they can fall on you like stalactites, but freeze your hearts like powdered snow.

    Cold caves in the ice spikes Biome could have this, and also when they fall on you they should deal more damage and give you the frostbite effect. (pun warning) Why that sounds cool to me!
