The withering dephts

The withering dephts will be a new biome with many spirals going many blocks deep. there also would be a new hostile mob called:The withering piglin. the withering piglin would guard LOOT,they will drop wither bones,rotten flesh en arrows. They would shoot with witherd crossbows. Also how DEEPER you go how more loot you would find(in the spirals)en will have a black fog. This biome would be found in the nether

    The wither piglin could use a normal crossbow and shoot wither tipped arrows, which he could drop like the stray with slowness arrows

    that could add some originality to a world. But one question: how would you get there?
