Change how the Soulsand Valley Looks

Since the fire color and fog color in soulsand valley are blue why not make the glow stone and lava blue? (Maybe even as far as nether mobs being blue when spawned there)

Maybe don't make mobs blue but it would be cool to see blue glowing blocks scattered around the biome. Would the blocks drop the normal block or some new variant?
