Stretched soul sand

this should be a more chaotic version of soul sand, it should sink you down 4 time as much as regular soul sand and will slowly take half a heart of damage every 30 seconds and have It called soul drag.

    btw this is from the announced soul sand Vally for nether update / 1.16 however this might be not considered since they might have plans for it already.
