We all know about goatheads: those tiny spiky things found outside that really hurt to step on. So I think they should be added to minecraft as a goat drop, since goats will be added to minecraft. They would be in at least one of two possible crafting recipies: a goathead trap, or a thornbush.
The goathead trap would be made by putting either 9 goatheads in a crafting table. They can be placed on the ground as a trap for a player to walk on. If the player is not wearing anything on their feet when they walk over the trap, one goathead from the trap will be placed in their foot armor slot and deal small amounts of damage every couple seconds, until it is taken out of the armor slot. Every time players step barefoot on a trap, one more goathead will be added to the armor slot, increasing the amount of damage dealt and the frequency at which damage is taken.
The thornbush would be crafted with leaf blocks, sticks, and goatheads. It is similar to the berry Bush in that you can walk into it and it deals damage, but the difference is that it deals much more damage, and more frequently, regardless of whether the player (or mob) is moving in the thornbush or not. It also does not negate fall damage, but it does slow your movement, like the berry bush. Perhaps also, it could give off a negative effect, depending on what leaf block type it is crafted with, such as dark oak leaves giving off the wither effect, etc. The thornbush would be a much more brutal version of the berry bush.
