Lake Biome

I feel that we should have an actual lake biome, like any inland seas less than say 300 blocks wide would be considered a lake biome rather than an ocean biome:

-Variants of ocean mobs, such as maybe bass and pike instead of cod and salmon

-Some different forms of plant life? 

- Should have a max depth near 5-8 blocks deep

-Should be more than 100 blocks across but no more than 300 blocks?

  Actually, there are such things as lake bound salmon, which is salmon that spend their entire lives in a lake.

  Some things I want to say:
  I got a lake to sort of generate in my world, but it got marked as "ocean", so now it's unnatural because dolphins and cod spawns, there's kelp, and everything around is a huge beach. A lake biome would be much better, because nothing about my lake was realistic or wanted. It was basically just bad generation. Also, a lake biome would mean you could actually expect to find occasional bodies of water in the forest, without getting some sort of dumb bug. 
  If lakes do start existing, it shouldn't be the highlight of the update, rather just a side thing, sort of like how they don't have updates where they get all excited about bug fixes. they just do them on the side.
