Nether portals in the End

Currently, there is no way to build a nether portal in the end, and I dont see why we cant have nether portals in the end be a feature. I see it as only being possible AFTER killing the ender dragon. (obviously). I also picture the portals being a different color, since its in a different dimension.

I'd say to make it out of crying obsidian and make the portal itself blue, and only make the portal activate once both bosses have been defeated, as to prevent any early access to the end.
