Total Blocks Broken Statistic

I suggest a statistic that measures the total blocks the player has mined, along with a corresponding scoreboard objective to track total blocks mined

    As a mapmaker, I absolutely need this, as well as a total-blocks-placed one. Till this day, I had to make an objective for ALL BLOCKS and thats a lot of unnessasary work.

    I would appreciate this to it's a lot of work to add the individual blocks and tools to get totals on statistics

    How does this only have 11 votes? Mojang, this needs to be added. There's a "Distance by Strider" Stat, but not a "Blocks Broken?"
