If somehow this could be the Java version + Vivecraft mod, this will be awesome

I’d like to see Minecraft come to the Quest with room-scale support. I’d like for it to support tracking my hands so that when I swing my arm in real life, it swings my sword/pickaxe in game.

Would love this so much!! You could easily get a lot of money by making the port, tons of people would play, so it’d be worth it.

My Son and I would love a Minecraft port for Oculus Quest with full VR integration, but even a port of the Gear VR edition would make us happy.

Minecraft on the Oculus Quest would be such a great experience! Hopefully support is added, although there will be a few hoops to jump through...

Yes please! I would absolutely love to see this on the quest. The version out now isn't as good. If you were to release the official version with the touch controllers i know i and many others would play for hours. It'd probably be one of the most if not most popular games on the quest. P.S: if you do release, i hope it's java edition :)

I wholeheartedly agree. The untethered factor would be amazing along with the portability.

I want this really bad, it was one of the first games I looked for when I got the quest and was disappointed not to find it. I don't see why not it runs great on my phone so the quest should he able to handle it just fine.

I agree, but they should definitely take the route that Vivecraft went and not the official Oculus version. The Oculus version does absolutely nothing with the fact you're in VR. You cannot even use your left hand. Vivecraft however, has things like, the ability to use your left hand, mining blocks by punching them, swinging your weapon around to hit enemies, etc... while still being compatible with vanilla players. and because of this, it greatly improves the experience. But at least add the option to turn off smooth turning for rideable objects like boats.

This'll be a great idea, I love Minecraft, and I want a simple way to play Minecraft vr, without having to find a desktop app, a mod for Minecraft, and find all that stuff, it'll be great for having it on the quest, and steamvr in general, but I hope they do it though minecraft.net and/or Microsoft do so people who already have the game (like me) don't have to pay twice for it

Minecraft would be perfect for the Quest! It'd be great for varying lengths of play sessions and would be an awesome demo to put people in. I'd love to explore around and create my dream home and actually wander around in it! Please make this happen!

I feel like I’m speaking for everyone here, we want this. There clearly is a market for this game on the quest, and I just can’t see how releasing this game could go wrong.

I think Minecraft would be perfect for the Oculus Quest, as it is not particularly demanding in terms of processing power, and has been shown to work well on other VR, and even mobile platforms. I have seen much of the user base express that they feel the same way. In addition, the tetherlessness of the Quest would significantly enhance the experience. I know Minecraft on the Oculus Quest would be an instant buy for me and many others.

I think this would jump to being one of the most purchased games on the Quest almost immediately.

I would really love to see a official minecraft release for the quest..  honestly i think Microsoft should get it out on all vr platforms.

I was surprised this wasn’t already on the quest when I got it, I really want it on there because many people only have a quest (such as myself) since their pc isn’t good enough, so they cannot have this Minecraft vr experience without it being on the quest. It’s also a different experience playing it on be then on a controller so that’s why I want it on the quest.

I would love to see this because it would be a great co op game. I've had multiple of my friends say the quest is cool but since there aren't that many co op games they aren't sure if they would want one. All of them have specifically said minecraft in vr would make them but the quest.

I agree because I really would love minecraft on the oculus quest as it would be better than just the side loaded way as you have the whole two controllers thing so overall I would just really love minecraft on the quest

I agree wholeheartedly. VR has always infatuated me, and I have been a minecraft fan for nearly half my life, and to see both of these things be able to correspond with one another is simply amazing. I love Minecraft VR but have never played it, instead I have seen nearly every single Minecraft VR video available to me. I remember first seeing the announcement for MC VR and I was completely ecstatic.

With the release of the Quest, and the many platforms which already have MC VR on it, I don’t see a reason to not add it on the Quest. The fan base is there, the tech is there, and a plus: it’s completely wireless, something which will undoubtably draw in more fans.

Please, if there is any possible way, add Minecraft Virtual Reality to the Oculus Quest. It has always been my dream to be able to experience such a thing. You would make many people happy.

Quest port would honestly be one of the best things to happen to both mojang and oculus, and I would love to have full 6dof and oculus touch tracking, as that would make the experience more immersive and more enjoyable

Minecraft is perfect for the quest and the quest is perfect for Minecraft. It would be stupid not to port the game to the oculus quest. Now hurry up so I can buy my 6th copy of this game!
