(Java Parity) Firework Use While Using Elytra

In Bedrock, the use of firework rockets while flying is like you're tapping thin air with a rocket, and it doesn't feel like you're actually using it in your hand. I think that firework rockets should be used more like you're holding a rocket while it goes off, just like Java.

    Small problem, do elytra still fly higher when used with fireworks
