simply, this effect increases your reach range. now you can place blocks, mine or fight more easy!!! each higher level of this effect increases your reach range by 1 or 0.5 block. i dont have any idea about how to brew it, but if its range increasement gonna be 0.5, something common like chorus fruit isnt a bad idea. and for 1, something more rare like poisonous potato is needed to brew the potion of slender. also if you think the name is not suitable and is dumb, then suggest some with your commands sorry i mean comments!
