    in my opinion he should have a new item: dynamite wich would have a smaller explosion and would try to destroy beds and also kills villagers.The loses half health is a good idea but he would throw the dynamite or would have a suicide mission with TNT. so after he throws all of his dynamite he would pull out a dagger and stab villagers and players he would be faster than the vindicator and would apply a bleeding effect to mobs wich would last a few seconds and deal half a heart and then run away to protect himself and after a while try doing the same.He would spawn only in later waves of a raid.

    Instead of launching destructive tnt, it can simply lug a dispenser around that shoots sticks of dynamite only damaging entities

    Awesome idea! Maybe it could spawn in Badlands Mineshafts guarding more valuable loot than traditional Mineshafts to further the Wild West theme?

    I think it is a great idea. Maybe, so that it is not to hard, the tnt they make deals less damage.

    If we are to implement another destructive mob, it would be best if the mob dies alongside their explosion. I suggest the pillager carry a primed explosive, and explode when the explosive triggers, regardless if the pillager reached a wall or house.

    Instead of adding another block-destructive mob into the game, making the player unable to build blocks within the village during a raid could prevent players from trapping pillagers.

    Maybe the size of the explosion should be a 2X2 square, and the illager throws dynamite instead of tnt.

    I'm all for the demolisionist, but maybe it shouldn't have so many griefing cababilities. Although I guess you could turn mobgriefing= false, but that might wreck wool, bartering and creeper farms. I'm sure Mojang would find a balanced solution if it it was added, though. Can't wait to see how this goes!

    Maybe it's a different type of Illager called the "Pyromaniac". It's TNT doesn't do so much explosive damage as normal TNT, but sets fire to blocks in a significant area. So it wouldn't so much be TNT as a firebomb.
