Jellyfish Drops

This is an extension of a post by CaptFlagg called Requesting a Jellyfish Mob. If you want to go check it out, click here. Full credit to the mob and idea to CaptFlagg. Originally, the post said they would drop slimeballs. But I will not let an awesome mob slip past the new items and features department. So first things first, what would this mob drop?

At first, I thought of it dropping a Jellyfish Core or Nucleus. Then I was reading through the comments of the article and saw that it said they could sting or hurt you. This sparked up my mind. They could drop the Core/Nucleus and they could be brewed into a Potion of Electrocuted Poison. The standard time would be 15 seconds, and the extended time would be 25 seconds. The boosted level would be 10 seconds. What this would do is it would give you poison and also occasional paralysis (you eventually freeze for a split second or one). The boosted level will make the poison harsher. Now, before you go saying, "this is too OP!", it would be a rare drop from the Jellyfish. The potion color would be dark yellow, and the icon would be the poison one with electric zaps with it. Also, when you are slightly paralyzed, there will be little zaps on the screen. If you like the idea, vote it and also vote on the Jellyfish article!

    This is a fantastic idea! I love how unique it makes the mob, and how it could even be incorporated into a potion. Adding this feature would take more time in development I'm sure, but if it can still be released on the date I'm hoping for, then by all means let's do it!

    Thanks for the support! I don't think it will have enough time to go in the Aquatic Update (since they're already on pre-release 6), but maybe in the next major update?

    I love this idea!!!  I always thought they should add more potions and this would be perfect as they do not have a freeze/paralyze potion yet. Lots of support.

    Good idea! I think the zaps animation should show in the same way that you get frozen in powder snow!
