    Mojang,

If your excuse for not doing this is because we have the 'Marketplace' isn't good enough.

You cannot just play with mods from the marketplace in any world you want, it has to be in the world the mod came with, thats not very fun. It would also stop people from getting viruses or even kids for that matter who just want to use aa mod.

So something along the lines of a steam workshop? Sounds good!

maybe set the mod down loader up like skyrim has it so that the minevraft team can review the mods before you are given the option of what to choose from

Or why I can't use my trains, planes & automobiles 2 (Mod from minecraft AUSSCHLIESSLICH auf der Mal des Mod Erstellers. DAHER EMPFEHLE ICH NIEMALS etwas im neuen Store zu kaufen und sagt es gerne weiter.

Weil es kann doch echt nicht sein das man Minecraft nicht seine Kreativität freien Lauf lassen kann.

Text: “EXCLUSIVE on the time of the mod creator. DAHER RECOMMEND I NEVER buy something in the new store and like to keep saying it.

Because it really can't be that you can't let Minecraft get your creativity going.”

Datapacks are out as much modmaking support as we're gonna get, but a modloader, like a vanilla fabric or forge, would be fun.

OP means a mod loader built into the games' menu like the one Skyrim and fallout 4 have. It even works on ps4. I'm not sure exactly how the system works but in those games there are no inappropriate mods or anything. Yalls team up at mojang is a lot smarter than me so I'm sure you could figure out a way to do it. Marketplace is great but everything costs money and a lot of people are unhappy with the lack of content and true alteration of the game. I'm sure a majority of us who still play Minecraft (myself included) got into it through seeing people use the mods, and the lack of a way to realise what we got into the game for (for us to poor to have a pc or a phone that can run a game as complex as Minecraft) is really frustrating.

A mod section in the launcher is something I've been wanting for a long time.
It would save you the time an hassle of downloading forge and all that garbage
It would also be safer, because downloading mods of shady websites can give you a virus.
Modders should be able to submit their ideas and people who have downloaded them and played with them should be able to like and dislike them. Mojang is famous for being well connected with their community, and bringing this into the launcher could create a more stable bond between Modders and devs.

I agree 100 percent. the could do this by adding a new tab to the market place and one right next to the behavior packs and resource packs. this would give them also even more ways to make money. by adding a ingame way to add mods it would remove alot of the reason to use java. Also they would give developers of the mods a reason to put them in the store. for servers they could use this to give more reasons to use realms instead of three party platforms. But the updates might get out dated if this happens. i think this should be a last one thing because right now there still updating minecraft and if they added mods it would be hard for the mods to stay up to date. This is seen in the java community most players who use mods use older versions of minecraft.
