Monkeys

The jungle feels really empty, the current mobs spawning there dont add to the jungle feel. How about adding jungle animals like monkeys that spawn high up in the trees(could be friendly and curious like the dolphin, if you give one a fruit he can lead you to a jungle temple), caimans in rivers and will attack you once you touch the same body of water they are in and maybe drop scales for a jungle themed armor(maybe alligators can spawn in swamps too), a juguar that will come after you and drop its claws for a new jungle themed weapon,

    Yes! Add monkeys of trees, apes (gorillas, chimpanzees, etc) and tapirs on the ground, and river dolphins in the rivers. :)

    Monkeys should be added I would be soo much fun if they also taunt you and copy you what ever you do and also jump from one tree to another

    In potential Jungle Villages it would be fun to watch Monkeys steal stuff from the villagers.

    Bananas should be added along with the monkeys and the bananas should have growing stages. First small and green then fading into yellow with a bit of green then bright yellow then with a little bit of brown on them banana trees should be populated with monkeys around them hanging from the trees eating bananas and being playful.

    Maybe the apes could be cheeky and if they add jungle villages they could go and steal stuff from chests so if you kill a monkey it has a rare chance of dropping something rare and useful

    If they are big enough maybe they could hold onto you soldiers and rest on your back like a backpack and add extra inventory

    Hmm. This reminds me of the movie Congo, based on a book by Michael Crichton. The apes mostly kill people. Monkeys are aggressive. You need to be careful around them.

    It would be very interesting, for the game and for the community, to see animals that not only walk on the ground but also in the jungles in the trees would be great, also give some life to the nature of the trees, and not only that otherwise I would add more sounds and joy to both the game and the player.

    No MONKEYing around this one, the idea of having some kind of primate would be very cool and yea even with the addition of Panda's the jungle still feel's very empty and having monkey's running around the jungle floor and even jumping from treetops would be cool to see....plus Banana's we do know that Monkey's love banana's

    I agree next update 2020 September 28 is were you vote for the Jungle biome, the Jungle has nothing only those little things that run away from you. And pandas are fine.

    I LOVE the idea of making jungles feel more alive! Maybe even some small bug types that would swarm if you get too close taking a half a heart of damage every 7 seconds of them swarming you kind of like mosquitos the only way to get them off would be to jump in the water but there is a sense of danger in the waters because of caimans. A sloth some colorful slugs and Poison Dart frogs would also be great additions to the Jungle (I also think more normal forests deserts and things like that need a lot more life...desperately)
