Monkeys

The jungle feels really empty, the current mobs spawning there dont add to the jungle feel. How about adding jungle animals like monkeys that spawn high up in the trees(could be friendly and curious like the dolphin, if you give one a fruit he can lead you to a jungle temple), caimans in rivers and will attack you once you touch the same body of water they are in and maybe drop scales for a jungle themed armor(maybe alligators can spawn in swamps too), a juguar that will come after you and drop its claws for a new jungle themed weapon,

    Ive been waiting for monkeys for soooo long I hope we will be seeing monkeys in the wild update. (If Mojang is gonna go wild with the update)

    Monkeys and gorillas. Gorillas attack you if you get too close to their babies or stare at them.

    Maybe you can tame a certain monkey with a banana like a chimpanzee but not the other monkeys (bc they too shy or too aggressive, I don't know). You would be able to train them to do simple tasks for you (put raw iron from a chest to a furnace for example, I know you can do that with hoppers but it's just an example) or you could train them to throw potatoes (maybe tomatoes :D) at foes.

    It it will be cool if we can adopt them, like parrots, dogs or cats! For pet them you can add bananas like bones-dogs or seeds-parrots :)

    If a monkey is next to a jukebox and a villager it could panhandle for emeralds!  (... maybe ... give a reward too?)

    Cool idea! Instantly the first thing I thought of was that you could give the monkeys items and tools and stuff and they would use them randomly and mess around with them. Kind of like how dolphins play with items, except monkeys would be able to like, break things. Enderman can move blocks, so it's not that weird to say a monkey could use a pickaxe every now and then. To stop it from being an "auto miner" thing, it could just be random and slow, and use double durability because monke. Also, you could tame the monkey, but even when you tame it it's still a neutral mob and will attack you with the force of a thousand suns if you accidentally punch it. Monkeys will kill you.

    Along with monkeys bananas could be added and they could grow from banana trees. They would also be one of the things that monkeys would drop is bananas. also should have the ability to climb up blocks like spiders.

    If you give a monkey a banana it could lead you to a jungle temple similar to how dolphins will lead you to ship wreck if you give them raw cod.

    sii, seria fantástico tener monos en minecraft y que pudieran comer bananas, pero tengo una duda porque en minecraft china podía ganar el mono y otros mobs pero ganó el panda así que hay posibilidad de que llegue a minecraft

    Monkeys should spawn in Banana trees and when you kill them they drop bananas.

    They should do a jungle update with all of these animals and new fruits I also think a jungle village with different looking villagers would be cool. Make it so you can find waterfalls in the jungle. Have poisonous plants that hurt you if you touch them. I feel like having more hostile mobs in the jungle that aren’t monsters would be amazing since most real jungles are dangerous
