(Swamp) Fog

It would be nice if swamps had fog that reduces visibility, like the hazy fog affect in the ocean.

    Sometimes it's hard to find Mangrove swamps, so no frogs.

    Mojang owes us some new swamp ambience after the whole "frogs can't eat fireflies so the can't be in the game" situation

    In early versions of Minecraft, there was a setting to toggle render distance to "tiny".  This setting was all that we could do to play the game on that laptop.  Every day looked highly foggy.  If that effect could be recreated easily without changing render distances, this idea could be easy to code.

    Any wet or cold biomes should get regular morning fogs
