Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Concrete and Terracotta having Slabs, Stairs, and Walls

I really don’t like how you can’t craft concrete slabs and stairs. That basically means that we don’t have ANY colorful slabs and stairs. I really wish Mojang will add this because that would allow people to be more creative with what they build.

Edit: As you guys have mentioned in the comments, terracotta could use it as well.

Edit 2: They could also use walls, that could expand build options even more, and when it comes to build options, the more the merrier.

    This needs to be an addition because colorful stairs and slabs would not only give more color choice for builds, but also let content creators not have to change a block’s texture just to change the color.

    Also the hardness and blast resistance for concrete is a bit too low, it's even lower than WOOD blocks.

    Terracotta added 12 years ago… concrete almost 9 years ago… realistically, stairs and slabs (minimum) should’ve been added 6 years ago with the stonecutter. Please, Mojang…

    I would love having stairs/slabs of any of the Minecraft colors, and I think doing this through terracotta or possibly concrete would be a great choice.

    I have always wanted stairs and slabs for terracotta and concrete for so long, especially since they just announced that they will be adding wool stairs and slabs to the game in the next game drop of 2026.

    I like this a lot! I’m trying to build the Golden Gate Bridge and I have to settle for red nether brick which doesn’t really fit at all
