Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

copper shield

The copper shield should be round sort of like the ones people used in medieval times. it should be tougher with more durablity. and it would require 8 copper ingots and a normal shield in the middle

    I don't like this idea for a number of reasons, so I'll list them. Please understand that it isn't directed at you, but your idea.

    1. There's already plenty of copper shield ideas such as this one, and they're basically the same
    2. this one is uncreative, and doesn't put a new spin on the idea

    Of course, other than that, it's a cool idea, it's just that its already been done to death. If I may be bold, I would even go so far as to suggest that my idea is better:

    Maybe the copper shield can storage lightning for kinetic energy for further distribution, and it'll oxidise and become weaker, you have to use wax to repair it, also it might not be as strong as a normal shield, but it can also deflect attacks by project tiles or explosions, that'd be nice.
