I've actually seen some visual glitches that make the enchantment glow look red, but it would be cool if it was intentional...

Just the having a blue fire enchantment in general (on both swords AND bows) would be nice... not sure about having it only be netherite though...

Giving them drops would encourage killing them... to be clear, killing them is discouraged. They have plenty of uses when they're alive.
