The Chiseling Enchantment could just be a new item the Hammer and Chisel (I imagine they would be one item like Flint and Steel), which would go well with the new Brush item that is being added

The Growth Enchantment/Curse could be for the shovel or the hoe. They could affect the change instantly like making grass paths or not. In fact, grass paths could also be a part of this enchantment...

It would also be interesting if cameras had certain effects on mobs, such as some being invisible, making invisible things visible, being able to look at Endermen without angering them, etc.

The Cameras flash could light up the area around you, and possibly stun mobs that look at it.

Eyes of Ender could also be used in its construction as Endermen see inverted colors, a property that is used in developing old photos.

Amethyst / Tinted Glass could be used to construct it and/or the film for the camera. Film could just look like blackish paper that can have pictures attached to it like a book and quill.

I think it could be the handheld versions that had a big flash bulb and a body that looked like an accordian in a suitcase (look it up). Education Edition already has a camera, but it is something ...
