Piranhas don't actually behave aggressively unless it is mating time for them. Also, they have a bad rep, similar to sharks, so they aren't likely to be added. Basically, this is a hostile axolotl.

Cool idea. The wire should still oxidize over time so that you eventually have to replace it or wax it.

Dynamic lighting is reserved exclusively for addons, mods, and customized servers. It will never come to the base game.

It would make more sense to instead add baby dolphins to Java. Sure, that would be going back on their word, but it wouldn't disappoint anyone so it would be fine!

I think they would still spawn, like as though they were trying to reclaim their fort. It would be cool to still make them not spawn, but simply breaking banners wouldn't work.
