The ocean just got overhauled and for some reason, it is still empty... the creation of this dimension would help add real reason to explore it, and the portal could be the reason for the structure...

The warped forest is clearly connected to the End somehow... I think it would be better if warped biome spread was an optional thing because I don't want to always have to deal with that.

It could be a frozen Ocean monument, in which case, we may see frozen zombies and a new variation of the conduit that works in ice rather than water.
