When ice melts and drips into cracks in stone, then freezes again, it pushes the cracks wider. This is a really cool form of erosion, and I think stone with icy cracks would be a cool block!

I agree. Skulk seems like the kind of stuff that wants to spread, doesn't it? I don't think it should be crafted, because it's a living thing, but it should definitely be farmable.
