You could technically do this with the Grindstone now, as long as it's not a Curse Enchantment.

Just realized that one of the Illagers in the Minecraft Dungeons Image in the Launcher looks a LOT like this, honestly not sure if that was a coincidence or not, still cool to find!

I think it'd be better if this was in the Minecraft Java Snapshots Category, still great suggestion.
