How about mini Chorus Fungi that can glow and you can place them like torches in the end? I think that would be a better addition since End Rods are kinda like the End's torches.

I would find that so cool to do! Problem is though, the weapons are made to shred mobs... If a battle was between two players, the battles would end almost instantly.

Just yes! I would love blue blazes. That's maybe what Mob D would've looked like but hey this is still pretty cool. Maybe they move fast on soul soil and soul sand too.

The heads will get the glowing effect yes however, skulls like the Skeleton and Wither Skeleton skulls will have the glowing eyes and mouth effects.
