Ever dreamed of making a beautiful bamboo build? Now's your chance! We're introducing a full bamboo wood set in update 1.20, complete with everything from stairs, mosaic blocks a unique new look for boats.

    Can you all just the plain bamboo block, expect it has placeable directions, it’s just the bamboo pole but you can place it horizontally, great for parkour and builds as well

    It's currently one of my favorite types of 'wood' in game so far, it's really pretty in jungle locations and mashes somewhat well (in my opinion) with some desert builds I have.

    Hello Mojang!

    Thank you for all that you are doing in the world of Minecraft. You are doing a great job at both adding new features and continuing to make the game feel like Minecraft!

    Something that would be really cool to see, though, is being able to use the bamboo stalk itself as a block. While there are so many variants of this block, which are really cool to have, it would be interesting to be able to use the stalks after harvesting as is possible in real life. I think this would open many new doors for creators to encorporate into their builds, particularly if there were also a stripped bamboo variety.

    Making the rafts more like paddle boards (where you use a paddle while standing on the raft) would make the rafts more unique and cool looking :)
