Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    ALT IDEA

This concept involves a complete overhaul of the blacksmith bench. To start the menu would have a place for your tools, and 3 slots one shows the head of the tool, one she shaft, and one a blueprint icon.

With this players can customize tools with tips/blades and handle. blueprints may allow turning tools into a unique item. note each tool can only have one mod per slot.

    Tips:

these are for example netherite coating on diamond. each one does something different.
    Gold: increase enchant
    iron: increases durability by 10%
Stone: Stone axes only changes the stone type.
copper: allows the tool to oxidize, showing age.
    Wood: Bows/crossbows only increases range
Redstone: hitting redstone blocks activates them.
glow stone: tool glows when dropped.

    Handle:
These slots allow one to increase durability by adding grips or increase range by adding sticks.
Sticks: increase range by 1 block but also slows swing speed.
    Leather: flat 10% durability increase
spider web: flat 5% durability increase
phantom membrane: increases damage done at night by 2 hearts
wood: replaces wood with that type.

    ----------------------
    Blueprints / Dusty Blueprints

unlike above idea: bluprints would come in two forms standard which can be used infinite times and dusty that is one time use. example of one bellow.

    Rake
    Base tool: Hoe
    tip slot: 4 sticks
    handle slot: NA
    blueprint: rake or dusty rake
Item: rake, can plow or path a 3x1 area.

We don't need to completely change the weapon system. I want additions to the weapon system, but completely changing what we already have isn't a good idea.
