This would also be great for decorating while having an actually useful enchanting table. Most times I (and many people as I see in youtube) like to set my enchanting table in some kind of library room, where the chiseled bookshelves are great for adding detail, but the requirement of having regular bookshelves around the table is very limiting.

Also, since regular bookshelves require 3 books, it would make sense that any chiseled bookshelf with at least 3 books inside would act the same as a regular one in regards to the enchanting table.

For balancing, every Chiseled bookshelves should drop the equivalent of one normal bookshelves for the enchantment level, wich means, players need to choose between enchantment level and precision.

Also, treasure books could be "copied" using this trick, although players need to find a least one book first and try their luck at the enchantment table.

Books with different enchantment levels in the bookshelves don't need to change any behavior, wich means, any level will increase the chance of that enchantment type at an equal amount.
