Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Elytra armor

My idea is that if you get an elytra and you put it on a crafting table along with chest armor of any kind. So you get chest armor that you can fly with because it's also an elytra, and what's great about it is that it's also armor

    This is a rejected idea, too OP. The point is to balance whether to go with flight or defence in different situations.

    This is rejected, for being op. What you can do is have keep an elytra in your hotbar and use it to swap with your chestplate whenever.

    An alternative idea is making it only work with leather armor. This will make it not OP. There will be an elytra slot which will only appear when you are wearing a leather chestplate.
