Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

[QoL] More Wood Block Variants

Hello, I have come to suggest some features that have been long missing from Minecraft.

Alright, firstly, let's look at some blocks that actually got different wooded variants of themselves.

We have doors, trapdoors, boats, fences, fence gates, signs, pressure plates, and buttons.

What I find really odd is that some blocks still have their oak texture (or just one texture) regardless of what wood type you use.

I would like to proudly suggest more wood variants for chests, barrels, bookshelves, ladders, composters, beehives, non-sticky piston, boat with chest (Using the a variant of the chest if added), minecart with chest, and shield.

The variants for these blocks have been long missing from Minecraft.

All variants meaning (Oak, Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, Dark Oak, Crimson, Warped, Mangrove, and future new wood types).

It would add a ton of Quality of Life to Minecraft.

    I think this idea is perfect, but you could add a dark oak cartographer's table and a birch fletching table.
