Boots with the frost walker enchantment should take damage from magma block

Boots with Frost Walker I lose durability more quickly than boots with Frost Walker II.

Netherite is an Exception from this.

This will work similar to how Helmets on Zombies take damage from being outside or not in the shade in the daytime. The game will check if you have frost walker on your boots, to check if you should take damage from the magma or not, and when it detects that you have frost walker on your boots, it will slowly start taking damage from being on the magma blocks. It further checks what level of Frost Walker you have, and if the game detects that you  have Level II, it will lose durability slightly less faster than Level I.

The game ignores this if it detects you having Netherite Boots with the enchantment.

Fire protection reduces the damage taken by 0.5% per second level.

i.e. Level II reduces damage by 0.5% and Level IV reduces damage by 1%

Every game tick has a 75% chance of the boots leaking damage.

the durability taken is always 5-10 depending on level of Unbreaking.

Unbreaking I is 9, Lvl II is 7, III is 5, and 10 is normal

It makes more sense that it doesn't make the player take damage because of the frost on them, but the boots as an item should lose durability while on magma.
