Add Frostwalker and Featherfalling to horse armor enchants

Horses are without a doubt the fastest rideable mobs in game, and convenient for those who enjoy traveling. The only problem is trying to get over certain terrains like mountains and seas without losing a horse.

Deep strider is already available to apply for horse armor, so why not add enchantments like frost walker and feather falling for horses?

How is this not popular? Theres is no reason to use frost walker over a boat of depth strider. But this is basically a boat but faster and cooler!
