Add the ability to craft Powdered Snow by surrounding a block of concrete powder in snow blocks

    And that’s supposed to mean that the concrete powder makes the snow light, soft, and fluffy?

    It doesn't make sense. Most natural blocks aren't (and shouldn't be) craftable. Renewable, perhaps, which would at least eliminate the need to craft them. In this case, powdered snow is renewable, hence having a crafting recipe for it is completely unnecessary.
