The enchantment table should have two tabs. The first tab would show you 2 things: 1- Bookshelves count 2- A list of enchantments The list would contain all the enchantments the table could provide They would require a certain count of Bookshelves to be unlocked except for some stock ones being the most common ones In order to upgrade enchatments with levels you'll have to spend lapis (quantity varies) to go to the next level (but to do that it would require a certain Bookshelves count) In the other tab would be the normal enchanting screen but with two differences The first ones is the enchatments you get are the ones you unlocked only Secondly is a reroll option For each item you can reroll the enchatments you get using lapis The cost will be 1 lapis at first and would double each time you reroll until it takes a full stack then you can't reroll anymore. I think this makes enchanting more interesting & exciting as it has progressive system It makes lapis more valuable consedring it's a rather common item with little to spend it on (The Progress should either be linked with player or enchanting tables) (Upgrading the level of an enchatment doesn't stop lower levels of itself appearing, it just adds the higher level with lower chances to the enchanting pool)
