Multiple Spawn Points

We've all been there. Found a nice place to stay, built a house, stayed for awhile. Really made the place at home. But, we've seen all there was to see in that area and we have to move on.
Wherever we go next could be pretty far away and we likely won't ever see this place again the moment we sleep in a bed in the new spot.
Wouldn't it be nice to be able to have multiple spawn locations we can spawn at so we don't have to lose our last one and possibly never see it again?
I propose making each bed color a different spawn. So if you sleep in a red bed, then sleep somewhere else in a yellow bed, it doesn't overlap your red bed spawn, it instead creates a second spawn under yellow. But if you do sleep in a yellow bed somewhere else, then it overwrites the last yellow bed spawn.
