Minecraft Bedrock edition lacks some of the most common accessibility features, including having game sound subtitles. With the latest update, 1.19, where quiet and subtle sounds are important to be able to recognize, having subtitles is an absolute must.
Subtitles have been officially around for Minecraft Java since 1.9 (2016), but Minecraft Bedrock has been around for longer and has not only a larger player base than Java, but as consoles continue to grow and Minecraft is ported to them with Bedrock Edition, it's userbase grows. For many people, Minecraft is absolutely unplayable without subtitles, whether they need it for medical or disability reasons, or it just simply makes it easier.
Subtitles for all ports of Bedrock is a must and should absolutely be a focus for the coming updates.
