Blizzards/Snowstorms

So instead of it snowing lightly during a storm in the snowy areas it should snow a lot and reduce your visibility by a lot. (not like blindness affect) And if your outside for too long your screen starts turning snowy like when your stuck in powdered snow, then you take damage. I basically just want the weather in Minecraft to be more dangerous.
