New difficulty: easier

This difficulty would be like peaceful except for the fact that your hunger bar would still go down. This would make you have to actually fend for yourself. Also there could maybe be a way to beat the game without encountering any monsters in this mode.

    you could just turn mob spawning off or use datapacks mods and other things. Also the current 4 difficulties are iconic and I don't think another is needed.

    Minecraft is already easy as it is on easy mode, I see no reason you can't find a data pack or a setting to turn mob spawning off. Minecraft is already even easier with those who enable cheats like "Save Inventory", "Always Day", and so on. The only setting I consider as a reasonable setting is coordinates, even then Minecraft would slightly be harder without them.

    This would be very useful, but i think spiders, slimes and pillagers should be able to spawn too.
