Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

improved locator maps

options to name certain areas add symbols to represent different things

    I like the idea of having symbols on maps. Maybe keep the ability to use named banners to mark places, but afterward be given the option in the map UI to add/change the icon to a specific symbol from a given set. Featuring structures, mostly.

    Java Edition already has this. you can mark banners on the map.
