New enchantment idea

Add a new enchantment called curse of worthiness where if dropped only the person who enchanted it can pick it back up

    Useless on single-player worlds.

    That's not even a downside, curses are supposed to be bad not beneficial. Plus it's useless on singleplayer, and a large portion of the player base is only singleplayer players. They should avoid additions that only effect multiplayer gameplay (goat horns were added for multiplayer, for example, but they can still be used in singleplayer regardless. Meanwhile this curse literally has no effect in singleplayer at all).
