Improve report and ban system without removing it

In my opinion and in much of the community opinion's (I think) the current banning system is kind of unfair I don't think it should be totally removed(Microsoft wouldn't let it anyways) but it should be improved In first place, when a person is banned, the reason should be specified and (as it could be a misunderstanding) the player should be able to talk to a Mojang/Microsoft person specifically on the ban I don't think either that people should be instantly banned from online playing. In my opinion they should be warned on 1st time, then temporarily banned from chator playing at all(depending on the severity of the thing they did) and then, when warned and temporarily banned, if it is a serious infraction, they should be banned I don't think either that they should be banned from marketplace, as they purchased maps or other things that shouldn't be able to be removed Or at least, in most serious cases, the money could be on one way or another be returned I know that developers should add things to the game with the opinion of few people but we are not few people You could make an poll, and I am sure that way more than 50, 70 or 90 percent of people would want to remove or change this system

 

 

PS: being banned for using all caps is not a very great reason I think

    Microsoft has been acting like a female dog recently. (I don't want to get banned ha) They have been gradually taking away privileges from people who play with their friends on their own servers and now have the ability to prevent you from playing any Minecraft and prevent you from accessing the marketplace, undoing all of your purchases without a refund and making the game unplayable. The only solution is to buy a new Minecraft account which is outrageous.

    I swear if this gets added the masses will revolt. The debate over the 1.9 combat changes will look like a friendly discussion compared to the public outcry that will be caused by this system. Microsoft is trying to execute order 66 on everyone's childhood and I will not stand for it. Minecraft has been ultra-lazy anyway. Hundreds of bugs on bedrock? Mojang just says they will do nothing to fix it. Have great concept art of the new update with exciting new features? LET'S NOT ADD THEM. Even this website is becoming more useless because they stick their heads on the mud and ignore most criticisms and suggestions.

    Notch should have held on to Minecraft and kept things the way they were. Microsoft, in their endless efforts to make more money and baby proof the game is absolutely soiling it for the vast majority of the player base. The average age of a Minecraft user is 24! 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think they should just remove it, as some servers like anarchy, are designed for the players to be free, from cheating to bullying.
