Middle clicking (pick block) while holding a tool switches to the rite tool

By pressing pick block while holding a tool, it will instead switch the current tool to a more appropriate tool in the inventory. If multiple are available, it circles through them.
Middle clicking with an empty hand, holding a block or while in creative should remain the same as it currently is.
