Vines, glow lichen, and sculk veins should be consistent

Currently, only breaking vines or glow lichen with shears will cause them to drop anything. This doesn't make sense, since silk touch tools exist. The shears don't even break them any faster. But sculk veins only drop when broken with silk touch but NOT shears, and hoes break them faster. All of these blocks should drop whenever broken with shears / silk touch, and shears / hoes should break them faster.

    I think that skulk veins and luminous lichen should not be cut with scissors, but should be peeled off with a hoe. Also, does "Silk Touch" on scissors even make sense? This is in itself a thin tool that does not require strong blows (like a pick or an ax).

    I agree with your solution, but vines are only similar to the other blocks in their shape. The others are organisms that are attached more firmly to the rock.
