New Ocean Biome! Giant Kelp Forests

I find it very odd how kelp are just randomly placed in the ocean when there is a real life habitat of them that can be made into a biome. In the kelp forests biome, the water consists of a green colour and the flooring is made up of mostly gravel, with patches of stone boulders of varying sizes. Here, kelp can spawn here in great densities, along with a brand new kelp type, giant kelp which is larger in size and consists of a more yellow colour. 2 new mobs can also spawn in this biome, sea urchins and seals, but perhaps even a new fish type can spawn in the giant kelp forests too.

That would be very cool. It also maybe could exist a Stoney oceans with big rocks on the bottom where squids could be more common

Love it! Also can you make a post concerning all the new mobs, I'm sure we would all love to hear more about these mobs. Especially if they are as well done as this.
