Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Goat horn enchantment that summons a thunderstorm.

A thunderstorm can be summoned for a short duration which trident users could take advantage of.

This can create some very epic PVP scenarios. Some things to consider are duration, range, and cool down of the effect. You also could just use this for a movement based option instead of PVP so then you can get to a certain range in an amount of time.
