Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Amethyst Shards Powering Up Weapons

To give more use to Amethyst Shards, placing a shard in a crafting table will give you Amethyst Crystals and then placing those crystals in a new block, The Grinder, you grind them down to Amethyst Dust. I think you should be able to add that to an anvil with a sword and it will cover your sword in Amethyst Dust and make an Amethyst Dusted ------ Sword. This would deplete use a bit more quicker than normal but would have benefits such as dealing extra damage to certain mobs i.e. the Warden and maybe the Enderdragon.
