Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Enchantment for Axe in Relation to Shields: Called Splinting

There should be an enchantment for the axe that disables a shield for a little bit (such as several seconds) when the axe hits the shield. That way shields aren’t too overpowered like they are now. We could now have a counter for the shields.

    Are you saying that already happens when you hit the shield with the axe or that they have that enchantment in progress?

    Didn’t know that, I come from bedrock. But this could still be added to both versions. The enchantment would disable the shield so you could get some more hits in, which would be mean it would have to be disabled for some time, longer than how much time the shield is disabled on Java already.
