Cascades sub Biome (Placeholder name)

The Cascades is a placeholder name for a sub biome. This would be a waterfall connecting rivers from higher elevations to lower elevations. This could proceedurely generate with hidden caves behind. Some hidden, some with walkways carved into them. Secret structures could even be hidden behind them. Having waterfalls build into river Biomes would be delightful to see.

    If you want to have rivers with waterfalls, first you have to make sure rivers can go higher than their constant y=63 level. There are a few suggestions about that. This is a great idea, though! ...Just might want to wait until the prerequisites are approved
