New Ocean Biome! Brine Lakes

These new ocean biomes will be very rare to find and will generate exclusively in the deep ocean biomes. This biome will contain a brand new liquid underwater called brine that generate in underwater lakes that span 3-6 blocks deep. Brine is water in a turquoise colour that is extremely toxic to most mobs including the player, that will damage as well granting the poison effect whenever the head touches the brine water. Brine water will mix in with regular water, however, it will always float down to the bottom as it is much denser than regular water and it is also how these underwater brine lakes form. However, there is a reason why the player would want to dive into these brine lakes as ores like, diamonds, gold, iron, coal and copper can generate hugely in these lakes.

A brand new food source, mussels, will form in huge dense beds around brine lakes and can be mined with the hand (a hoe can be used to mine them faster), and then be cooked in a furnace to give cooked mussels.

    Since you float on brine in real life, it should act as a slightly-weaker bubble column as well! Maybe make mussels a different suggestion, though???

    Sounds great on that first idea! I also wouldnt mind on the mussels, but what would you change about the mussels?

    I wouldn't necessarily change them, they are just supposed to be on different posts. I think its ok to keep them on, but Mojang might not think so.

    There could also be a salt block only found here which is used in various foods.
